Shoutouts by the Japanese Otaku
The last Intermixi tour had a chance to get a catered video game themed tour of Akihabara. It was hosted by Akiba gurus Otaku2.com. The “Ultimate Akihabara Experience” was an in dept tour lasting almost 3 hours! You definitely wouldn’t have gotten this anywhere else!

Visit Otaku2.com for the latest in Akihabara’s ever growing otaku trends and fetishes!
Notable facts:
1.) Visit Super Potato (the mecha of old school games and systems) and you’ll never leave:

2.) Get a kebab right next to Super Potato and this might happen:
3.) There are penguins in Akiba now!!!!
Graphic Designer Needed
Intermixi is putting the call out to someone with some spare time to do simple web banners, ads and site add-on designs that match the current Intermixi “Samurai/High Rise City” layout.
Also the opportunity to design upcoming Intermixi t-shirts.

TGS tour update
Greetings from Ikebukuro Japan everyone!
Intermixi’s TGS tour has arrived safely and we’re on day four of the tour. Yesterday we go cultured on Tokyo’s beginnings visiting Tokyo Tower, the Meji Shinto Shrine and some other places. Even though we had a bus it took a lot of us being in the rain and everyone was quite exhausted at the end. (Although I’m sure some went out afterwards.)
Today everyone is excited about visiting the Ghibli Museum and getting on the JR train system here in Japan. I always think the train is the best way to mix with “Real Japan”.
Man I hope it doesn’t rain today though. The flight in did a number on myself and other’s with previous injuries. The climate change is not helping the recovery. I’m sure we’ll get better soon. I stayed in to rest and attempt writing my late midterm on Miss Universe and quickly fell asleep. Crap…
Some sides notes is that TokyoGetter tried calling me to come out and play and I sleep through it all with my BRAND NEW PHONE! It’s pretty sweet and I already uploaded a TDK background. I had to go a round about way to get a permanent phone with unlimited data plan, but it’s finally mine! Whoa! I just turned my other newly acquired LGS rumor from the states and it’s asking me something about roaming and if I want to do it. I’m not sure that’s a good idea…
We’ll try and get some pictures up, but right now breakfast and my sinus pills are calling!
